Real County Resource Coordinator

The Resource Coordinator will support the Real County Community Initiative (RCCI), an initiative of HEBFF, to build a network and database of community contacts, resources, and volunteers.  This position is responsible for representing HEBFF and supporting RCCI’s mission throughout Real County. The Resource Coordinator will help raise awareness of RCCI to engage local organizations, churches, educational institutions, non-profits, businesses, and individuals in the mission.

Sous Chef, Laity Lodge

The mission of the Sous Chef is to serve Laity Lodge and work alongside the Executive Chef in the planning, organizing, management, and delivery of food services and kitchen operations.  The Sous Chef ensures consistent delivery of high-quality, nutritionally balanced, guest-friendly menus in a creative presentation while supporting leadership in the core ministry of HEBFF/Laity Lodge and operating within the budget of the Program.

Technology Operations Manager

The Technology Operations Manager will manage the HEBFF Technology Operations Team.  In addition, the Manager will implement and maintain policies and processes that support the organization’s technology needs, ensure proper functioning of the information processing system, and oversee necessary upgrades.  This position will help business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency and ensure computer equipment, hardware, and software are updated to meet organizational needs together with organizing the IT Help Desk and implementing the appropriate technology and people resources to produce consistent, excellent IT service experiences.
